I just got this email yesterday. I wanted to make sure that everyone saw it:
It is with regret that I'm writing to inform you that we will be shutting for[MD] and for[CME] down.
As its Cofounder and formerly its CEO, this is obviously the last piece of news that I want to deliver to you. For 7 years, we have had the great pleasure of working with some of the world's leading medical organizations. What started out as an idea in Durham, NC became a company that delivered industry leading user engagement and was acquired by Everyday Health in 2016. Over the past few years, we attempted to grow in a way that made sense for our users, our partners, and for our parent company. Unfortunately, through that process we discovered that for[MD] no longer fit into Everyday Health's vision.
With that, we have made the difficult to discontinue both for[MD] and for[CME]. As such, both sites will be shutting down on Monday, November 5th. On that date, all information will be removed from our systems. Until then you'll continue to be able to use the service as you normally would. If you are a for[CME] user, then you can go to https://cme.formd.com/tracker to access and download your CME certificates.
If you have any questions, then please let me know. Otherwise thank you for being one of our users.

We pay fees to keep this website available. If we don't get enough money to cover the costs, this site will go away.
This is a privately run site, just me & my husband. He helped me set it up & I have been running it since then. I am the one who finds the CEUs & posts them. The site saves you techs money & helps you keep your certification(s). If each person who uses the site would give $2 or more at least once, it would cover the cost of keeping the site up and give us a small profit. After over 7 years of running this site, the income from ads & tips barely pays for itself. We make NOTHING for our time & effort to keep it up. A tip is a way to say thanks & to keep this site available for everyone.
As always, there are no fees or registration required to use this site.

Our processing fee for Paypal went from 20 cents to 33 cents for a minimum transaction. To offset that, I changed the minimum donation to $2.
